Our restaurant is in the volcanic Westman Islands (Vestmannaeyjar) in the south region of Iceland. Located in an old machinery workshop that used to serve the old shipyard now transformed to a restaurant. Our cuisine is very seasonal with regional ingridients. We use old methods combined with new techniques and we love working with the nostalgic palate of Icelanders. We want our diners to experience our passion through our restaurant and sense the time and the place of the Islands.
